Terms and Conditions

Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle from LUXKEY ENTERPRISE,  the renter agrees to comply with the terms outlined below. This agreement is binding once the rental form is signed or the vehicle is collected.

2. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.

3. Rental Period
The rental period begins and ends on the dates specified in the rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Vehicle Use
The vehicle must only be driven by authorized drivers listed in the agreement. Use of the vehicle for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or off-road driving is strictly prohibited.

5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup. Refueling charges may apply if not returned full.

6. Insurance and Liability
Basic insurance is included. Renters are liable for damages not covered by insurance, including negligence or violations of the rental terms. Optional additional coverage is available.

7. Damage and Accidents
Any damage or accident must be reported to LUXKEY ENTERPRISE immediately. Renters are responsible for the cost of repairs unless covered by insurance.
